For our new hotel opening we are looking for a Front Office Agent*.
Front Office Agent* Day and Night
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As our Front Office Agent*, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
Your tasks include:
- Guests satisfaction as the most important task
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls/mails
- Register and check guests in
- Close guest accounts and check guests out
- Inform guests of the hotel rates and services
- Process accurate payment of guest accounts
- Complete and maintain any incident reports
- Listen and respond to guest queries
- Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area
- Night shifts are also part of it
- Proven work experience as a receptionist
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Computer skills
- PMS Skills, preferrable with OPERA
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
- Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Team work
