- Together with our housekeeper* and the entire housekeeping team, you ensure that our hotel and our rooms are always polished to a high standard. But it is up to you to make the room something special and a lasting memory for the guests. At the same time, you will also be responsible for maintaining some of the public areas of the hotel.
- You will monitor and check the consumables and equipment and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- You will manage the daily housekeeping tasks as well as the planning and allocation of special work.
- You will work closely with your team and communicate with all other departments to ensure excellent quality and first-class service.
- You will support our guests in all situations and implement special requests and requirements for our guests.
- You will maintain the necessary documentation for quality assurance and compliance with our brand standards as well as hygiene and safety regulations.
- You will also step in at short notice for other tasks.

- Experience - You are familiar with housekeeping and guest service.
- Fitness - the position requires physical strength as you will be on your feet most of the time.
- Flexibility - your position will include weekend and holiday shifts.
- You will act independently and are known for your consistently impeccable service.
- Fluency in German is required.
