For our new hotel opening we are looking for a Front Office Agent*.

 

Front Office Agent* Day and Night

 

Your Tasks:

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As our Front Office Agent*, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

Your tasks include:

  • Guests satisfaction as the most important task
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls/mails
  • Register and check guests in
  • Close guest accounts and check guests out
  • Inform guests of the hotel rates and services
  • Process accurate payment of guest accounts
  • Complete and maintain any incident reports
  • Listen and respond to guest queries
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area
  • Night shifts are also part of it
 
Your Personality:
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Computer skills
  • PMS Skills, preferrable with OPERA
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
  • Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Team work
