Your tasks:
Die Nacht ist dir lieber als der Tag? Du zauberst den Gästen auch mitten in der Nacht ein Lächeln ins Gesicht ? Dann bist Du bei uns richtig! Dann werde Front Office Agent bei the niu!
Der Front Office Agent ist während der Nacht erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste und für den Empfang, die Beratung und Betreuung zuständig. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört der Check-In und Check-Out sowie das Reservierungshandling. Professioneller Telefon und E-Mailverkehr gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Tätigkeitsfeld. Außerdem bist du für den Tagesabschluss und die nächtlichen Rundgänge im Haus zuständig. Als echter Gastgeber betreust du auch während der Nacht die Bar und bereitest unsere 24h erhältlichen Snacks für unsere Gäste.
