Sie gewährleisten einen professionellen Empfang sowie eine serviceorientierte Beratung und Betreuung. Zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich zählen der Check-in und Check-out über Hotelkey, das Handling von Reservierungen sowie der professionelle telefonische und schriftliche Gästekontakt.
Sie sind Gastgeber* mit Herz und haben das Wohl unserer Gäste immer im Blick. Mit Ihrer offenen, empathischen Art sorgen Sie dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlen. Erfahrung im IHG-Umfeld ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. Das bringen Sie außerdem mit:
