Yggotel, Select Hotels and Novum Hotels will be integrated into the brand world of the IHG brand Garner. acora Living the City will convert to the IHG extended-stay brand Candlewood Suites. - Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen, Handwerk oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von handwerklichen Leistungen, idealerweise im Bereich Instandhaltung, mit.
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Kalkulationssoftware und MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
- Sie haben ein gutes technisches Verständnis und legen Wert auf die Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie Effizienz Ihrer Arbeit.
- Ihre Arbeitsweisen ist geprägt durch Struktur und Lösungsorientierung sowie durch ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung.
- Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Partnern und Dienstleistern runden Ihr Profil ab.
- Sie sind für die Kalkulation von Handwerksleistungen, insbesondere im Bereich Malerarbeiten sowie anderen Gewerken (z. B. Bodenleger, Trockenbau, Elektro und Sanitär), zuständig.
- Sie übernehmen die Erstellung und Prüfung von Angeboten, Ausschreibungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen.
- Sie kümmern sich um die Kostenplanung und -kontrolle für Instandhaltungsprojekte in unseren Hotelimmobilien.
- Dabei pflegen Sie eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern, Handwerksbetrieben und Dienstleistern.
- Sie identifizieren Einsparpotenziale und optimieren die Instandhaltungsprozesse.
- Außerdem unterstützen Sie das Projektmanagement bei der Budgetierung und Abrechnung.
