Your Tasks
Sie sind während der Früh- und Spätschicht erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste und für den Empfang, die Beratung und Betreuung zuständig. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört der Check-In und Check-Out sowie das Reservierungshandling. Professioneller Telefon und E-Mailverkehr gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Tätigkeitsfeld, wie auch die Bedienung der Gäste an der angrenzenden Bar.
Your Profile
Sie sind ein leidenschaftlicher Gastgeber, der durch seine empathische und authentische Art stets das Wohl seiner Gäste im Blick behält.
- Sie haben im Idealfall eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Hotelfachfrau/-mann oder Hotelkauffrau/-mann und Erfahrungen am Empfang oder im Kundenservice
- Sie kennen sich idealerweise bereits mit einem PMS, wie OnQ, aus.
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, zuverlässig und sind ein Organisationstalent
- Sie sind flexibel, belastbar und haben Freude am Beruf
- Sie verfügen über gute Umgangsformen und glänzen mit einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild
- Sie sprechen neben sehr gutem Deutsch noch eine weitere Fremdsprache
