Your mission:

Als unser "Gästemeister"* sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner* für den Bereich der Gruppenreservierung innerhalb der Business Unit und kümmern sich bei Bedarf auch um die Individualreservierungen.
Im Tagesgeschäft übernehmen Sie die Bearbeitung von Reservierungsanfragen innerhalb der Business Unit, sowohl in telefonischer als auch in schriftlicher Form. Sie erstellen Angebote mittels der Homepage, in Absprache mit dem Revenue Management oder mit HERA. Außerdem gehört die Kontrolle und Überwachung der Buchungen hinsichtlich Stornierungs- bzw. Abruffristen und Zahlungen zu Ihren Aufgaben. Abschließend übernehmen Sie die Bearbeitung von Kundenwünschen oder Gästereklamationen.
