Your Tasks
- Als Teil unseres Controllingteams analysieren Sie Finanzdaten durch die Überwachung von Umsätzen, Kosten, Rentabilität und anderen Finanzkennzahlen.
- Sie erstellen aussagekräftige Finanzreportings für das Management zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen.
- Sie überwachen die Budgetierung und Forecasting-Prozesse, identifizieren Abweichungen und entwickeln Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der finanziellen Leistungsfähigkeit.
- Sie betreuen das Cost Controlling, erstellen den Monatsabschluss und unterstützen die Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses.
- Sie tragen aktiv zur internen und externen Berichterstattung bei, unter anderem durch Bankenreporting.
- Abschließend begleiten Sie unterschiedliche Sonderprojekte und unterstützen uns bei der Optimierung von Prozessabläufen.
Your Profile
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Controlling.
- Zudem haben Sie bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling gesammelt und verfügen über relevante Kenntnisse im Controlling in der Operativen.
- Des Weiteren besitzen Sie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere in Excel.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie auch bereits Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Fairplanner, Lucanet und USALI mit.
- Es zeichnen Sie ein strukturierter Arbeitsstil sowie unternehmerisches Denken und eine eigenverantwortlich handelnde Persönlichkeit aus.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Eigenmotivation, runden Ihr Profil ab.
