Als „Inspektor“* fühlen Sie sich auf den Fluren des Hotels zu Hause und es bereitet Ihnen Freude, für Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Hotel zu sorgen. Durch Ihre Detailverliebtheit fallen Ihnen auch die kleinsten Mängel sofort ins Auge und Sie haben stets den Lagerbestand im Hinterkopf.
Mitarbeiterführung und deren Schulung meistern Sie stets mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Auch das Gestalten des Dienstplanes und die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern ist ein Leichtes für Sie.
Natürlich sind Sie als "Inspektor"* nicht ausschließlich auf der Suche nach Unreinheiten im gesamten Hotel, sondern übernehmen auch administrative Aufgaben. Die Rechnungsprüfung, das Führen von Kontrolllisten und die Wäschebestellung gehören unter anderem zu Ihrem Alltag.
Ihr Hauptziel ist es, dass sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen und gerne wiederkommen.
Sie sollten eine verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mitbringen und bereits Erfahrung in leitenden Housekeeping Positionen haben. Auch wünschen wir uns von Ihnen, dass Sie empathisch und weltoffen unseren Kollegen* und Gästen gegenübertreten.
