Front Office Agent*
Werde Teil unserer urbanen Hotelwelt und gestalte als Front Office Agent (m/w/d) das Gästeerlebnis an vorderster Front – mit Persönlichkeit, Leidenschaft und einem Lächeln, das bleibt.
Du bist erster Ansprechpartner* für unsere Gäste – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out – und sorgst für einen reibungslosen und serviceorientierten Ablauf am Front Office
Du lebst Gastfreundschaft mit Herz und stehst jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite – persönlich, telefonisch oder digital
Du koordinierst die täglichen Abläufe an der Rezeption in enger Abstimmung mit Housekeeping, Technik und F&B – mit dem Blick fürs große Ganze
Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Servicestandards gemäß NOVUM Hospitality und IHG
Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben, unterstützt bei der Abrechnung und sorgst für eine korrekte Datenpflege im PMS (Hotelkey.)
Du begegnest Herausforderungen mit einem Lächeln und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
Das bringst du mit – Gastgeber* aus Leidenschaft mit Blick fürs Detail:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder erste Berufserfahrung am Front Office – gerne auch Quereinsteiger* mit Herz für Hospitality
Kommunikationsstärke, ein sicheres Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen aus aller Welt
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Hotelsoftwares (HotelKey) und MS Office
Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit – denn echte Gastfreundschaft kennt keine Uhrzeit
