Your Tasks
- Als Teil unseres Controllingteams übernehmen Sie die Analyse der wirtschaftlichen Performance unserer Hotels durch die Überwachung von Kennzahlen, wie RevPAR, GOP und weiteren betriebswirtschaftlichen Indikatoren.
- Sie erstellen aussagekräftige Performance- und Finanzreportings auf Hotel- und Konzernebene zur Unterstützung operativer und strategischer Entscheidungen.
- Sie steuern die Budget- und Forecastprozesse in enger Abstimmung mit den Hotels und dem Management, analysieren Abweichungen und leiten Optimierungsmaßnahmen ein.
- Sie begleiten das Konzerncontrolling durch die Konsolidierung von Monatszahlen, die Erstellung von Management-Reports sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Reportingtools.
- Sie sind interner Ansprechpartner* für wirtschaftliche Fragestellungen und unterstützen aktiv bei der Integration neuer Hotels in das Controlling.
- Abschließend wirken Sie an Projekten zur Effizienzsteigerung und Performanceoptimierung mit.
Your Profile
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Hotelmanagement.
- Zudem haben Sie bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld oder in der Hotellerie, gesammelt.
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere in Excel.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie auch bereits Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Fairplanner, Lucanet und USALI mit.
- Ein strukturierter und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil sowie unternehmerisches Denken und ein sicheres Auftreten zeichnen Sie aus.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und eine hohe Eigenmotivation runden Ihr Profil ab.
