Als "Gästemeister"* bist du wind- und wasserfest und hast keine Angst davor, auch mal das Ruder zu übernehmen.
Außerdem unterstützt Du den Hotelmanager* und Front Office Manager* bei folgenden Punkten:
- Unterstützung der Rezeption bei administrativen Abläufen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Gästedaten in unserem PMS HotelKey
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Housekeeping sowie der zentralen Buchhaltung
- Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Gästen, Reiseveranstaltern und Geschäftspartnern
- Unterstützung des Hotelmanagers* und Front Office Managers* beim Erstellen von Dienst- und Urlaubsplänen
Du bist ein leidenschaftlicher Gastgeber*, der durch seine empathische und authentische Art stets das Wohl seiner Gäste im Blick behält.
