Du hast Lust, die Kooperationsmarke Holiday Inn – the niu bekannter zu machen?!

Als "Gästemeister"* bist du wind- und wasserfest und hast keine Angst davor, auch mal das Ruder zu übernehmen.

Außerdem unterstützt Du den Hotelmanager* und Front Office Manager* bei folgenden Punkten:

  • Unterstützung der Rezeption bei administrativen Abläufen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Gästedaten in unserem PMS HotelKey
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Housekeeping sowie der zentralen Buchhaltung
  • Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Gästen, Reiseveranstaltern und Geschäftspartnern
  • Unterstützung des Hotelmanagers* und Front Office Managers* beim Erstellen von Dienst- und Urlaubsplänen
