Als Meeting & Event Manager* sind Sie von montags bis freitags mit Sitz in unserem Crowne Plaza Congress Hotel in Frankfurt am Main, das von der NOVUM Hospitality betrieben wird, für unsere Gäste im Einsatz und tragen Umsatzverantwortung für unser Hotel. Dabei sind Sie Ansprechpartner* im MICE-Bereich sowie telefonischer und persönlicher Ansprechpartner für unsere Buchenden.
- Sie übernehmen die Erstellung von Angeboten und die vorbereitende organisatorische Planung von Veranstaltungen, Tagungen und Events.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination der Zusammenarbeit aller Abteilungen des Hotels im und mit dem MICE-Bereich.
- Sie bearbeiten die Optionen und die bereits getätigten Buchungen.
- Sie fassen Veranstaltungen nach und sind verantwortlich für die Rechnungsstellung.
Your Profile
- Sie haben einen ersten Abschluss oder erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Meeting und Event Verkauf oder sind Quereinsteiger* und waren bereits in anderen Dienstleistungsbranchen tätig.
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und pflegen gerne den Kontakt zu Menschen am Telefon oder per E-Mail, sind serviceorientiert und besitzen Verhandlungsgeschick.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, sind versiert im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen und kennen sich idealerweise bereits mit dem PMS Opera aus.
