Your mission:
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hotellerie bzw. im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich.
  • Sie besitzen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Hotellerie, Bau oder FF&E.
  • Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) mit.
  • Zudem überzeugen Sie durch eine strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ein gutes Zeit- und Selbstmanagement ermöglicht es Ihnen, immer den Überblick zu behalten.

Als unser Organisationsprofi* im Projektmanagement-Team wirken Sie bei den folgenden Aufgaben mit:

  • Sie begleiten unsere Hotelrenovierungen vor Ort, insbesondere die Abnahmen und FF&E-Mängelbegehungen.
  • Sie versenden und archivieren alle relevanten Abnahmeprotokolle sowie -dokumente und stellen deren strukturierte Ablage sicher.
  • Sie entwickeln, pflegen und optimieren eine einheitliche Ablagestruktur für Projektunterlagen in physischer und digitaler Form.
  • Sie unterstützen das Projektmanagement-Team bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben, insbesondere im Rahmen der Digitalisierung von Projektdaten.
  • Im Rahmen der Projektumsetzung übernehmen Sie auch die Steuerung von Lager- und Logistikprozessen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf FF&E-Komponenten und archivierungspflichtige Unterlagen.
  • Sie koordinieren Lagerbewegungen und Materialflüsse in enger Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam, um eine bedarfsgerechte Ausstattung der Hotels sicherzustellen.
