Your Tasks
Du fühlst Dich am Front Office zu Hause und liebst es, Gäste zu begrüßen, ihnen Fragen zu beantworten und einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Du übernimmst die Dienstplanung für Dein Team und bildest die Schnittstelle zum Hotelmanagement. Du freust dich, Dein Wissen mit Deinen Mitarbeitenden zu teilen und schulst diese nicht nur beim Onboarding, sondern fortlaufend. Du stellst die Einhaltung der Standards in der Abteilung sicher und bildest eine wichtige Schlüsselposition für die Kommunikation mit den anderen Abteilungen des Hotels.
