Your Tasks
Deine Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf im gesamten F&B-Bereich (Frühstück, Bar, Veranstaltungen)
- Führung, Motivation und Einsatzplanung des Teams
- Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Einhaltung aller Hygienestandards (HACCP)
- Kontrolle und Pflege der HACCP-Dokumentation
- Verantwortung für Warenbestellung, Lagerhaltung und Bestandskontrolle
- Direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste – Du sorgst für ein exzellentes Serviceerlebnis
- Umgang mit Gästebeschwerden – freundlich, lösungsorientiert und professionell
- Unterstützung bei Schulung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
Your Profile
Das bringst Du mit:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
- Berufserfahrung im F&B-Bereich, idealerweise in leitender Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in HACCP und Lebensmittelsicherheit
- Teamgeist, Organisationstalent und Führungskompetenz
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
