Your Tasks
Als „Kommissar“ unterstützt Du unsere Hausdame, den Inspektor. Die Sauberkeit in den öffentlichen Bereichen und der Hotelzimmer zu gewähren, fällt in Deinen Aufgabenbereich.
Wenn Gäste Wünsche oder Fragen haben, hilfst Du gerne weiter und sorgst mit Deinem Lächeln im Gesicht dafür, dass sich jeder im Hotel wohlfühlt.
Die Ordnung in den Wäschelagern und das Ausfüllen der Kontrolllisten gehören genauso zu Deinen Aufgaben, wie das Motivieren Deiner Kollegen.
Neben Deinen alltäglichen Aufgaben meisterst Du die Vertretung des Inspektors mit links, da Dir die administrative Arbeit zusagt. Dazu zählt beispielsweise die Erstellung von Dienstplänen, die Rechnungsprüfung sowie die Wäschebestellung.
Dein Hauptziel ist es, dass sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen und gerne wiederkommen.
Your Profile
Du solltest eine verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mitbringen und bereits Erfahrung im Housekeeping haben. Auch wünschen wir uns von Dir, dass Du empathisch und weltoffen unseren Kollegen und Gästen gegenübertrittst.
