Your Tasks
Als Hausdamen Assistent Housekeeping - „Inspektor“* fühlst Du dich auf den Fluren des Hotels zu Hause und es bereitet Dir Freude, für Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Hotel zu sorgen. Durch Deine Detailverliebtheit fallen Dir auch die kleinsten Mängel sofort ins Auge und Du hast stets den Lagerbestand im Hinterkopf.
Mitarbeiterführung und deren Schulung meisterst Du stets mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Auch das Gestalten des Dienstplans und die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern ist ein Leichtes für Dich.
Natürlich bist Du als "Inspektor"* nicht ausschließlich auf der Suche nach Unreinheiten im gesamten Hotel, sondern übernimmst auch administrative Aufgaben. Die Rechnungsprüfung, das Führen von Kontrolllisten und die Wäschebestellung gehören unter anderem zu Deinem Alltag.
Dein Hauptziel ist es, dass sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen und gerne wiederkommen.
Your Profile
Du solltest eine verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mitbringen und bereits Erfahrung im Housekeeping haben. Auch wünschen wir uns von Dir, dass Du empathisch und weltoffen unseren Kollegen* und Gästen gegenübertrittst.
