Your mission:
  • Sie verfügen bereits über Erfahrung in der (Kreditoren-)Buchhaltung, die Sie tatkräftig bei uns einsetzen.
  • Kenntnisse in Buchführungssystemen, wie beispielsweise DATEV und HGK, sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Es zeichnen Sie die Liebe zum Detail sowie eine professionelle Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit einer hohen Eigenverantwortung aus.

Als "Glücklichmacher"* haben Sie Ihren festen Arbeitsplatz vor Ort in unserem Head Office an der Hamburger Außenalster mit täglich flexibel gestaltbaren Arbeitszeiten an 5 Tagen pro Woche. Sie jonglieren mit allen Eingangsrechnungen unserer Lieferanten und übernehmen außerdem folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sie betreuen unsere Gesellschaften in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung und unterstützen die Hotels sowie die Fachabteilungen im Head Office in den Prozessen.
  • Sie prüfen gesetzliche Normen bei allen Rechnungen und achten auf die korrekte Abbildung in den Systemen.
  • Mit Leichtigkeit übernehmen Sie die Kontierung und Verbuchung der Eingangsrechnungen mit und ohne Bestellbezug und bereiten die Zahlläufe vor.
  • Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse verantwortlich.
  • Ihr Ideenreichtum unterstützt uns bei der Optimierung bestehender Prozesse sowie beim Aufbau neuer Strukturen.
