In dem Moment, in dem ein Gast unser Hotel betritt, beginnt für ihn ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Als Empfangsmitarbeiter* bist Du verlässlicher Ansprechpartner für die Anfragen unserer Gäste, bietest Ortskenntnisse an und hilfst bei der Planung im Vorfeld für reibungslose Gästeerlebnisse. Du bist während deiner Schicht zuständig für den Check-In und Check-Out sowie das Reservierungshandling. Professioneller Telefon- und E-Mailverkehr gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Tätigkeitsfeld. Du sorgst für eine angenehme Atmosphäre, damit sich unsere Gäste überall zuhause fühlen. Außerdem bist du für die Umsetzung der IHG Standards verantwortlich.
