Du bist für den täglichen Service zuständig und führst dabei verantwortungsbewusst Deinen Posten. Du liebst es, mit Lebensmitteln zu arbeiten und aus diesen Fingerfood, Buffets und Menüs zu kreieren. Die Erstellung des benötigten Mise en place ist für Dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit, ebenso wie die Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften, insbesondere der HACCP Normen. Darüber hinaus vertrittst Du in Abwesenheit den Küchenchef und besitzt eine betriebswirtschaftliche, sinnvolle sowie kostenbewusste Arbeitsweise und bist ein leidenschaftlicher Teamplayer.
