Your mission:
  • Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson am Empfang und sorgen für einen freundlichen, stressfreien Check-in und Check-out unserer Gäste.
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Anfragen – persönlich, telefonisch oder per E-Mail.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Housekeeping und anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste perfekt zu gestalten.
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Back- und Front Office-Bereich.
  • Sie übernehmen nach Bedarf Früh-, Spät- oder Nachtdienste und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf – rund um die Uhr.
  • Kassentätigkeiten und Abrechnung gehören ebenso zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind für unsere Gästekommunikation erforderlich. Englischkenntnisse sind hilfreich und willkommen.
  • Ob Quereinsteiger oder erfahren im Empfang – bei uns zählt Ihr Engagement und Ihre Serviceorientierung.
  • Sie sind bereit, im Schichtsystem (auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen) zu arbeiten.
