Your Tasks
Als "Allroundtalent"* sind Sie vor Ort in unserem Head Office an der Außenalster tätig und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:
- Sie sind für die operative Personalarbeit sowie für die Mitarbeiterbetreuung vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt zuständig.
- Mit Präzision und Sorgfalt übernehmen Sie die Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Nachträgen, Bescheinigungen sowie Abmahnungen, Kündigungen und Zeugnissen.
- Sie sorgen für Anmeldung neuer Mitarbeitender beim Steuerberater und Ihnen obliegt auch die vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung.
- Abschließend sind Sie für das Führen von tabellarischen Übersichten sowie für die Stammdatenpflege zuständig.
Your Profile
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bereits Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen mit ähnlichen Aufgaben gesammelt.
- Sie verfügen über versierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
- Sie legen hohen Wert auf die Qualität und Genauigkeit Ihrer Arbeit und sind bereit, sich in neue Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten.
- Durch Ihr gutes Zeitmanagement behalten Sie auch in stressigen Situationen einen guten Überblick.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Programmen und eine dienstleistungsorientierte sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise rundet Ihr Profil ab.
