Your Tasks
- Du heißt unsere Gäste herzlich willkommen und bist ihr erster Ansprechpartner während der Nacht – am Empfang und telefonisch.
- Du checkst Gäste ein und aus, kümmerst dich um Wünsche, Reservierungen und bist auch bei Fragen oder Problemen direkt zur Stelle.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass in der Nacht alles reibungslos abläuft, übernimmst die Kassenführung sowie die Erstellung des Tagesabschlusses.
- Du koordinierst die Übergabe zum Tagdienst und informierst das Team über besondere Vorkommnisse.
- Mit deinem Blick fürs Detail sorgst du für Ordnung und Sicherheit im Haus während deiner Schicht.
- Ebenso bekommen unsere Gäste mit späten Durst oder kleinem Hunger an unserer 24 Std Bar auch noch den Feierabend Drink von Dir.
