Your Tasks
- Koordination und Leitung der Schichten am Front Office: Du steuerst den reibungslosen Ablauf am Empfang und hast stets einen klaren Blick für Gäste und Team.
- Effiziente Gästebetreuung: Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für alle Anliegen und sorgst für einzigartige An- und Abreise-Erlebnisse.
- Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben im Back Office, Reservierung und ggf. im Nachtdienst.
- Training und Motivation des Teams: Du förderst ein positives, wertschätzendes Arbeitsklima und hilfst neuen Kolleg:innen bei der Einarbeitung.
- Bearbeitung administrativer Aufgaben wie Kassenführung, Dienstplanunterstützung und Kontrolle der Standards.
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Hotellerie oder Tourismus oder relevante Berufserfahrung am Front Office.
- Erste Führungserfahrung, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein – du kannst dich und andere motivieren und behältst auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Serviceorientierung und Freude am Gästekontakt: Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und findest individuelle Lösungen.
- Teamplayer: Zusammenarbeit, Ehrlichkeit und gegenseitiger Respekt sind dir wichtig.
- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, insbesondere im Schichtdienst.
