Your Tasks
- Sie beraten die Geschäftsführung sowie die Personalabteilung in Bezug auf das Individual- sowie Kollektivarbeitsrecht.
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner* bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und vertreten das Unternehmen vor dem Arbeitsgericht.
- Sie prüfen regelmäßig (Arbeits-)Vertragsdokumente sowie deren Mustervorlagen nach aktuell geltender Rechtsprechung und passen diese bei Bedarf an.
- Sie erstellen arbeitsrechtliche Handlungsempfehlungen und Gutachten.
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung und Verhandlung betrieblicher Regelungen.
- Sie berichten an die Geschäftsführung und informieren über aktuelle Entwicklungen im Bereich Arbeitsrecht.
Your Profile
- Sie sind Volljurist* mit erfolgreich abgeschlossenem 1. und 2. Staatsexamen und verfügen bereits über mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Kanzlei (Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht) und/oder als Syndikus*, Erfahrung im Bereich Hotel sind von Vorteil.
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich des Arbeitsrechts und bringen eine sehr gut ausgeprägte unternehmerische Denkweise sowie Verhandlungsgeschick mit.
- Ihre eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen zeichnet Sie aus.
- Daneben verfügen Sie über eine starke Persönlichkeit mit einer hohen Kommunikationsstärke.
- Sie verfügen über hohe Eigenmotivation, Engagement und verbindliches Auftreten u.a. gegenüber externen Verhandlungspartnern.
- Die Bereitschaft, mit einem wachsenden, dynamischen Team selbstständig zu arbeiten und zielgerichtet Leistungen zu erbringen, ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
