Your Tasks
Die Position als Finanzbuchhalter* (Hauptbuch) bietet Ihnen eine spannende Mission. Sie haben bei uns die Möglichkeit, aktiv den Ausbau der Finanzbuchhaltung durch unser Insourcing-Projekt zu begleiten. Dabei übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:
- Sie betreuen eigenverantwortlich unsere regionalen Hotelgesellschaften in der Hauptbuchhaltung und stellen eine ordnungsgemäße Buchführung in DATEV sicher.
- Sie übernehmen die laufende Verbuchung von Bank- und Hauptbuchvorgängen, verantworten die Anlagenbuchhaltung und bilden Rückstellungen sowie Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten.
- Sie erstellen eigenständig die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB für die von Ihnen betreuten Gesellschaften.
- Sie wirken aktiv bei Prozess- und Systemoptimierungen mit und bringen Ihr Fachwissen in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzbuchhaltung ein.
- Sie sind fachlicher Ansprechpartner* für Mitarbeitende sowie für Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer.
Your Profile
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise im Hauptbuch, mit und erstellen Abschlüsse nach HGB routiniert und eigenständig.
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB sowie über Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
- Es zeichnen Sie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und eine hohe Sorgfalt aus.
