Planungsgrundlage für die öffentlichen Bereiche und Gästezimmer des Holiday Inn Express® Erlangen ist bereits heute die Generation IV des Holiday Inn Express Konzepts.

Your Tasks
- Vorrangige Mitarbeit und Führung der Früh-, Spät- & Nachtschicht
- Reibungsloser Ablauf des Eincheckens und Auscheckens von Gästen
- Bearbeiten der Checklisten nach Standard für die zu führende Schicht (24/7)
- Verantwortungsübernahme für den Kassenbestand und die Kassenschließung nach Schichtende
- Entgegennehmen und Bearbeiten von Reservierungen
- Führen von Telefonaten nach IHG Standard
- Beschwerdemanagement
- Anleiten von Auszubildenden und Praktikanten
- Führen von Statistiken
- Auftreten als Kontaktperson für Gäste
- Herzliche Begrüßung & Verabschiedung unserer Gäste zum Frühstück
- Fokus auf die Sicherstellung einer permanenten Gästezufriedenheit
- Die Kontrolle der Sauberkeit in allen Front-Off-House-Bereichen
- Die Einhaltung des IHG-Markenstandards
- Sie springen kurzfristig auch bei anderen Aufgaben ein und unterstützen Ihre Kollegen
- Die Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufes im Front-Off-House-Bereich / Lobbybar
Your Profile
- Sie haben erste Erfahrung als Empfangsmitarbeiter/in in einem Hotel sammeln können
- Mit dem Hotelsystem HotelKey sind Sie vertraut
- Den Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft leben Sie täglich im herzlichen Umgang mit unseren Gästen
- Eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, hilft Ihnen immer den Überblick zu behalten
- Stressige Situationen sind Sie gewöhnt und gehen damit gut um
- eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und fachliche Kenntnisse sind Ihr Handwerkszeug
