Your Tasks
Als „Cocktailshaker“* bist Du unser Gastgeber* an der Bar und sorgst am Abend für besondere Getränkemomente. Ob klassischer Cocktail, kreativer Drink oder regionale Saftschorle – Du findest für jeden Gast das passende Getränk und berätst mit Freude und Fachwissen.
Mit Deinem fröhlichen und offenen Auftreten schaffst Du eine angenehme Atmosphäre und machst den Barbesuch zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Du hast Freude am Gästekontakt, führst gerne interessante Gespräche und gehst individuell auf unsere Gäste ein – vom Smalltalk über den vergangenen Tag bis hin zu einem Gespräch über das Solera-Verfahren.
Auch in den Abendstunden behältst Du den Überblick: Du arbeitest selbstständig, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf an der Bar und behältst auch bei einem erhöhten Gästeaufkommen den Überblick.
Natürlich achtest Du darauf, dass Dein Arbeitsplatz jederzeit sauber und ordentlich ist und alle geltenden Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden.
Dein größtes Ziel ist es, unseren Gästen einen rundum gelungenen Abend zu bereiten – sodass sie sich bei uns wohlfühlen und gerne wiederkommen.
