Your Tasks
Du fühlst Dich auf den Fluren unseres Hotels zu Hause und hast Freude daran, technische Mängel, Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsaufgaben eigenständig zu erkennen und zu beheben. Mit Improvisationstalent und einem Gespür für effiziente Lösungen sorgst Du dafür, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert. Ob Bohrmaschine, Hammer oder Werkzeugkoffer – für Dich ist es spannend, mit handwerklichem Geschick Großes zu bewirken.
- Begleitung von regelmäßigen, technischen Wartungen
- Kleinstreparaturen in allen Hotelbereichen
- Fehlerdiagnose und präventive Kontrolle von Gebäudetechnik
- Verwaltung und Bestandskontrolle von Material und Ersatzteilen
- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Handwerksbetrieben
- Sicherstellung der Gästezufriedenheit durch ein funktionierendes und gepflegtes Hotelumfeld
