  • Mitarbeiterführung und -schulung
  • Präsenz bei Gästen und Mitarbeitenden
  • Regelmäßige Kontrolle mit Fokus auf technische Mängel, Sauberkeit und Hygiene   
  • Budgetierung
  • Forecasting
  • Reklamationsmanagement
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an den Cluster General Manager*
  • Übernahme der Stellvertretungserlaubnis, sofern notwendig
