Your Tasks
Wir suchen Allrounder, die nicht nur Check-Ins durchführen, sondern auch mal einen geilen Cocktail mixen, und sich für einen Smalltalk begeistern können.
Außerdem:
- Du gibst dem Gast den entscheidenden ersten Eindruck von unserem Hotel
- Du hast abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten im Front Office, dazu gehören Check-In und Check-Out
- Rechnungsstellung und Beratung der Gäste über Stadt-Land-Fluss, alles rund um unsere tolle Hauptstadt Wien
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Eingabe von Reservierungen im Individualsegment
- Du erstellst die Zimmerzuteilung und hast andere Verwaltungs-Abläufe
- Du kümmerst dich um deine Gäste die immer wieder etwas fragen oder brauchen. Also der ganz normale Hotelwahnsinn 😊
Your Profile
- Du hast deine Schule abgeschlossen (eine Ausbildung im Gastro- oder im Hotelfach oder einer Hauswirtschaftsschule ist vom Vorteil aber keine Voraussetzung)
- Du bist geduldig, auch bei anspruchsvollen Gästen
- Du verfügst über Hands-on Mentalität
- Du bist eine natürliche und unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent - in perfektem Deutsch- und gutem Englisch
- Du hast ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Du hast ein sicheres Auftreten
- Du bist verbindlich und freundlich, ein guter Teamplayer
- Du bist versiert in der Benutzung von Computern
Nach §9 Abs.2 des Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes sind wir verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für die ausgeschriebene Stelle zu benennen. Dieses liegt bei EUR 2.026,00 brutto/Monat. Wir geben uns aber nicht mit Mindestanforderungen zufrieden - Du sicherlich auch nicht. Deine Bezahlung wird bei besonderer Eignung und Erfahrung je nach Vereinbarung natürlich angepasst.
