Als „Willkommensheißer“ bist Du während der Früh- und Spätschicht erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste und zuständig für den Empfang, die Beratung und Betreuung. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört der Check-In und Check-Out sowie das Reservierungshandling. Professioneller Telefon- und E-Mailverkehr gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Tätigkeitsfeld.
