Your Tasks
Als unser „Buddy*“ bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste und sorgst für einen reibungslosen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Du vereinst Front Office, Gästeservice und Service-Bereich in einer abwechslungsreichen Rolle mit direktem Gästekontakt.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Begrüßung, Betreuung und Verabschiedung unserer Gäste
- Durchführung von Check-in, Check-out sowie Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
- Bearbeitung von Gästeanfragen, individuellen Wünschen und Reklamationen
- bei Bedarf: Unterstützung des Frühstücksservices inklusive Abräumen der Tische sowie Auffüllen und Pflege des Buffets
- Servieren und Zubereiten von Getränken an der Bar – von Softdrinks und Schorlen bis hin zu Cocktails
- Unterstützung im Abendservice durch die Zubereitung und Ausgabe von hochwertigen Convenience-Speisen wie Pizza, Flammkuchen, Pasta und weiteren Snacks (Du benötigst keine Vorkenntnisse)
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben sowie Koordination mit dem Housekeeping
- Nutzung von PMS-Systemen, Buchungsprogrammen und digitalen Gästeservices
- Sicherstellung eines einladenden und gepflegten Gästebereichs
- Beratung zu Hotelangeboten, Veranstaltungen und lokalen Highlights
