Your Tasks
Als Schichtleitung im Frühstücksservice* sorgst Du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Restaurant- und Servicebereich und bist erste Ansprechperson für Gäste und Team. Du begrüßt die Frühstücksgäste, koordinierst den Serviceablauf und unterstützt aktiv im Tagesgeschäft der Hotellerie und Gastronomie.
Als Schnittstelle zwischen Hotelmanagement und Caterer übernimmst Du organisatorische Aufgaben im Bestellwesen und behältst jederzeit den Überblick über Qualität, Sauberkeit und Service. Die Einhaltung der HACCP- und Hygienestandards stellst Du zuverlässig sicher und vermittelst Abläufe und Standards in kurzen Teamschulungen.
Auch die Organisation des Barbereichs sowie das souveräne Lösen kurzfristiger Herausforderungen gehören zu Deinem Arbeitsalltag.

- Mitarbeit im Frühstücksservice und Gästebetreuung
- Schichtleitung und Teamkoordination
- Erfassung und Nachbuchung von Frühstücksleistungen
- Schnittstelle zwischen Hotelmanagement und Caterer
- Unterstützung im Bestellwesen
- Kontrolle von Sauberkeit und Hygienestandards
- Einhaltung und Schulung der HACCP-Richtlinien
- Organisation des Bar- und Servicebereichs
- Selbstständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
