Your mission:
  • Erlangen eines optimalen wirtschaftlichen Erfolges durch aktiven Verkauf und Auslastung der Bankett- und Veranstaltungsräume sowie der Hotelzimmer unter Einhaltung der Hotelrichtlinien
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung der hausinternen Richtlinien für den Bankettverkauf
  • Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen und serviceorientierten Veranstaltungsablaufes durch die ständige Kommunikation mit den Veranstaltern und den jeweiligen betreffenden Abteilungen im Haus und eine zeitgerechte und ordnungsgemäße Weitergabe aller relevanter Veranstaltungsinformationen an die Abteilungen
  • Sicherung und Steigerung der Umsatzzahlen
  • ausgeprägte Gästeorientierung, d.h. ständiger und aktiver Gästekontakt
  • Weiterentwicklung der MICE Anforderung und Angebot nach Innen und Außen

  • erste Erfahrung im Bereich Meeting Management
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach oder in einem kaufmännischen Ausbildungsberuf
  • mittel – bis langfristige Planungsfähigkeit
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kreativität, Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Engagement
  • kommunikative Kompetenz und sicheres Auftreten
  • hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kenntnisse in EDV: Word, Excel, HotelKey PMS & EventKey MICE
  • fachliches Engagement
  • Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen
