The signing of a cooperation agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts in April 2024 makes NOVUM Hospitality one of IHG's largest global franchise partners. The partnership includes the launch of the co-brand Holiday Inn - the niu as well as the conversion of the other NOVUM Hospitality own brands. Yggotel, Select Hotels and Novum Hotels will be integrated into the brand world of the IHG brand Garner. acora Living the City will convert to the IHG extended-stay brand Candlewood Suites. - Mitarbeiterführung und -schulung
- Präsenz bei Gästen und Mitarbeitenden
- Regelmäßige Kontrolle mit Fokus auf technischen Mängeln, Sauberkeit und Hygiene
- Budgetierung
- Forecasting
- Reklamationsmanagement
- regelmäßiges Reporting an den Cluster General Manager*
- Übernahme der Stellvertretungserlaubnis, sofern notwendig
