Your mission:

Als unser Jetset-Headcoach* nehmen Sie für unser Hotelportfolio in Deutschland an immer wieder wechselnden Standorten die Position als Hotelmanager* zeitweise ein.

Folgende Aufgaben würden wir Ihnen dabei gerne übertragen:

  • Mitarbeiterführung und -schulung
  • Präsenz bei Gästen und Mitarbeitenden
  • Regelmäßige Kontrolle mit Fokus auf technischen Mängeln, Sauberkeit und Hygiene   
  • Budgetierung
  • Forecasting
  • Reklamationsmanagement
  • regelmäßiges Reporting an den Cluster General Manager* und Corporate Director of Operations
  • Übernahme der Stellvertretungserlaubnis, sofern notwendig

Wir wünschen uns einen Kollegen*, der den Gesamtüberblick behält, die Kommunikation in den Abteilungen fördert und innovative Ideen zur Optimierung der operativen Abteilungen mitbringt.
