Your mission:

Vorbereitung

  • Tische eindecken (Besteck, Teller, Gläser, Tassen, Servietten)

  • Buffet aufbauen (Brot, Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Käse, Obst, Müsli, Joghurt, Getränke etc.)

  • Kaffeemaschinen, Saftspender, Toaster vorbereiten

  • Frische Lebensmittel nachfüllen und ansprechend präsentieren

  • Hygiene- und Temperaturkontrolle der Speisen

Während des Frühstücks

  • Gäste begrüßen und zum Tisch oder Buffet begleiten

  • Kaffee, Tee oder Eierspeisen servieren (je nach Konzept)

  • Geschirr und Besteck abräumen

  • Buffet regelmäßig auffüllen und sauber halten

  • Auf Sauberkeit im Gastraum achten (Boden, Tische, Buffet)

  • Gästewünsche entgegennehmen und weiterleiten

Nachbereitung

  • Buffet abbauen und Lebensmittel sachgerecht lagern oder entsorgen

  • Tische abräumen und reinigen

  • Geschirr spülen (bzw. in die Spülküche bringen)

  • Kaffeemaschinen und Geräte reinigen

  • Frühstücksraum aufräumen, fegen/wischen

  • Bestände prüfen und für den nächsten Tag vorbereiten
