- Sie verlieren nie den Überblick, wenn viel los ist und können dabei Ihre zugeteilten F&B Supervisor richtig anleiten und einsetzen
- Sie setzen kreative und innovative F&B Konzepte lt. Konzernstandard erfolgreich in die Tat in allen zugeteilten Hotels um
- Sie kommunizieren klar mit den relevanten Vorgesetzten und anderen Abteilungen und sind ein echter Teamplayer
- Sie haben Spaß daran, Ihr umfangreiches Wissen an die unterschiedlichen Teams und vor allem an alle Auszubildende weiterzugeben
- Sie verantworten die entsprechenden betrieblichen Kennzahlen, Diensteinteilungen, Bestellungen, Inventuren und Vieles mehr
- Sie haben erste Führungs-Erfahrungen im Bereich Food & Beverage sammeln können
