Your Tasks
Als Genussbringer* arbeitest Du aktiv im Frühstücksservice mit, leitest als Schichtleitung das Team und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Du begrüßt die Gäste, erfasst diese auf der Frühstücksliste und buchst ggf. Frühstücke nach. Du bildest weiterhin das Bindeglied zur Führung unserer Hotelbar und unserem Abendservice. Du bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Hotelmanager* und dem Caterer und unterstützt diesen beim Bestellwesen. Außerdem hast Du ein Auge auf die Sauberkeit und kontrollierst die Einhaltung der HACCP Standards. In kleinen Schulungen vermittels Du die Standards an Dein Team. Auch die Organisation des Barbereiches gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben. Kurzfristige Herausforderungen werden von Dir als Genussbringer* sportlich gesehen und souverän gemeistert.
