Als „Nachteule“* in Teilzeit bist Du während der Nacht erster Ansprechpartner* für unsere Gäste und zuständig für den Empfang, die Beratung und Betreuung. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört der Check-In und Check-Out sowie das Reservierungshandling. Professioneller Telefon- und E-Mailverkehr gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Tätigkeitsfeld. Du machst Rundgänge im Hotel, um sicher zu stellen, dass keine Störungen vorliegen und erstellst den Tagesabschluss.
