- Du steuerst und organisierst den gesamten Ablauf unseres Frühstücksservices und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start in den Tag für unsere Gäste.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für das Team, koordinierst die Einsätze und trägst dazu bei, dass sich alle Gäste willkommen fühlen.
- Du überwachst die Qualität und Präsentation des Frühstücksbuffets und stellst sicher, dass alle Hygienestandards eingehalten werden.
- Du unterstützt dein Team tatkräftig im Service und sorgst gemeinsam für einen herzlichen und aufmerksamen Gästekontakt.
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen und bringst deine Ideen für einen noch besseren Service aktiv ein.
- Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie, idealerweise im Frühstücks- oder Servicebereich.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Gästen und Kollegen sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
- Du bist zuverlässig, verantwortungsbewusst und bringst eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung mit.
- Teamgeist ist dir wichtig – du motivierst andere und packst auch selbst mit an.
