Du unterstützt unsere Gäste bei Fragen, Wünschen oder Anliegen – ob persönlich, telefonisch oder per E-Mail
Du kümmerst dich um Reservierungen, Zimmerzuteilungen und alle organisatorischen Abläufe an der Rezeption
Du sorgst dafür, dass Check-in und Check-out reibungslos verlaufen
Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Housekeeping, F&B und allen Abteilungen, damit jeder Aufenthalt perfekt wird
Your Profile
Leidenschaft für Service und Freude am Gästekontakt
Freundliches, gepflegtes Auftreten und ein souveränes, positives Auftreten auch in stressigen Momenten
Organisationstalent, Multitasking-Fähigkeit und Teamgeist
Erfahrung in der Hotellerie oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung sind von Vorteil
Gute Computerkenntnisse, Deutsch und Englisch fließend – weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
