Als General Manager* bist Du hauptverantwortlich für alle Belange unseres Hotels Holiday Inn Munich-South. Daraus ergeben sich folgende Aufgabenschwerpunkte:
- Präsenz bei Gästen sowie Mitarbeitern zeigen
- innovative Recruiting Wege einschlagen
- fortlaufende Schulungen unserer Mitarbeiter
- Reklamationsmanagement
- regelmäßige Checks in den Hotels nach technischen Mängeln, Sauberkeit & Hygiene
- Budgetierung & Forecasting
- regelmäßiges Reporting an den Corporate Director of Operations
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hamburger Head Office
Wir wünschen uns einen neuen Kollegen*, der den Gesamtüberblick behält, die Kommunikation in den Abteilungen fördert und innovative Ideen zur Optimierung der operativen Abteilungen mitbringt.
