Your Tasks
- Du begrüßt unsere Gäste herzlich am Empfang und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich von Anfang an wohlfühlen.
- Du bearbeitest Buchungen, Check-ins und Check-outs sowohl persönlich als auch am Telefon.
- Du beantwortest Fragen und gibst Empfehlungen für Konstanz und die Umgebung.
- Du unterstützt das Team im täglichen Ablauf und trägst dazu bei, dass alles reibungslos läuft.
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um unseren Gästen ein optimales Erlebnis zu ermöglichen.
Your Profile
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in und suchst einen praxisnahen Nebenjob.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse – Kommunikation liegt dir.
- Du bist offen, freundlich und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst.
- Flexibilität in deinen Arbeitszeiten – ideal für die Vereinbarkeit mit dem Studium.
- Du hast Freude daran, Neues zu lernen und im Hotelalltag mit anzupacken.
