The signing of a cooperation agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts in April 2024 makes NOVUM Hospitality one of IHG's largest global franchise partners. The partnership includes the launch of the co-brand Holiday Inn - the niu as well as the conversion of the other NOVUM Hospitality own brands. Yggotel, Select Hotels and Novum Hotels will be integrated into the brand world of the IHG brand Garner. acora Living the City will convert to the IHG extended-stay brand Candlewood Suites. Als Hausdame/Leitung Housekeeping - „Inspektor“* fühlen Sie sich auf den Fluren des Hotels zu Hause und es bereitet Ihnen Freude, für Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Hotel zu sorgen. Durch Ihre Detailverliebtheit fallen Ihnen auch die kleinsten Mängel sofort ins Auge und Sie haben stets den Lagerbestand im Hinterkopf.
Mitarbeiterführung und deren Schulung meistern Sie stets mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Auch das Gestalten des Dienstplanes und die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern ist ein Leichtes für Sie.
Natürlich sind Sie als "Inspektor"* nicht ausschließlich auf der Suche nach Unreinheiten im gesamten Hotel, sondern übernehmen auch administrative Aufgaben. Die Rechnungsprüfung, das Führen von Kontrolllisten und die Wäschebestellung gehören unter anderem zu Ihrem Alltag.
