Your Tasks
Als Regional Operations Manager F&B (m/w/d) trägst Du maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Standorte im Westen Deutschlands rund um Köln, Düsseldorf und Frnakfurt operativ zu steuern und weiterzuentwickeln.
- Regionale Betreuung: Du übernimmst die operative Verantwortung für mehrere F&B‑Standorte und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.
- Qualität & Standards: Du stellst gleichbleibend hohe Produkt‑ und Servicequalität sicher und implementierst Hygiene‑ und Servicestandards.
- Teamführung: Du führst, coachst und entwickelst Mitarbeitende vor Ort.
- Operatives Controlling: Du überwachst Kennzahlen, optimierst Prozesse und trägst zur wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung der Standorte bei.
- Koordination: Du bist die Schnittstelle zu Küche, Service und externen Partnern sowie Ansprechpartner für Kunden vor Ort.
- Projekte & Optimierung: Du treibst lokale Verbesserungen, Neueröffnungen oder Umstellungen operativ voran.
Your Profile
- Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige operative Erfahrung im F&B‑ oder Hotellerie‑Umfeld, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung.
- Fachkompetenz: Praktische Kenntnisse in Küche, Service oder Frühstücksorganisation sowie sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen und Kostensteuerung.
- Führung & Kommunikation: Du führst wertschätzend, vermittelst klare Ziele und kannst Teams motivieren und entwickeln.
- Organisationstalent: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Entscheidungsfreude und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Standorte zu koordinieren.
- Reisebereitschaft: Einsatzbereit in der Region (Elmshorn, Hamburg, Kiel, Bremen).
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Persönlichkeit: Kundenorientiert, lösungsorientiert und belastbar – Du behälst auch in hektischen Phasen den Überblick.
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil.
