Your Tasks
Als unser Jetset-Captain* nehmen Sie für unser Hotelportfolio in Deutschland an immer wieder wechselnden Standorten die Position als Hotelmanager* zeitweise ein.
Folgende Aufgaben würden wir Ihnen dabei gerne übertragen:
- Mitarbeiterführung und -schulung
- Präsenz bei Gästen und Mitarbeitenden
- Regelmäßige Kontrolle mit Fokus auf technischen Mängeln, Sauberkeit und Hygiene
- Budgetierung
- Forecasting
- Reklamationsmanagement
- regelmäßiges Reporting an den Cluster General Manager* und Corporate Director of Operations
- Übernahme der Stellvertretungserlaubnis, sofern notwendig
